  • Prep for class:

Avoid using lotion or soaps with moisturizers on a day you plan to pole.

  • What to wear:

Athletic shorts and an athletic top are preferable. The more skin showing, the better.

We will be barefoot and we will remove jewelry from the hands and wrists.

Bring a hair tie if you have long hair.

  • What to bring:

Feel free to bring water and a snack if you need it. We have a fridge available. Sometimes, polers may bring kneepads, legwarmers, pole shoes, yoga wheels, grip aid, and any other items they may need to use throughout class.
